Banking: So far, there are three banks serving the Huatulco area. All three are located in Santa Cruz and hours for money exchange are between 9 A.M. and noon. Most hotels offer fast and convenient currency exchange at their front desks.

Tourism Office: There are two tourism offices in Huatulco. The larger of the two is located in Tangolunda on the corner opposite the Sheraton hotel. It's hours are from 9 A.M. to 2 P.M. on weekdays. Telephone: 958/1-0032. The second, smaller office is in Crucecita just down from the Plaza Principal. Hours are from 9 A.M. to 2 P.M. and 3 P.M. to 7 P.M. Telephone: 7-0027.
